It
is our policy to not sell or distribute any customer information
under any circumstances. This includes our mailing list as well as your email
information.
However, this site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo
hosts the store pages, ordering system and order data.

only use this information in the aggregate. If you

How
do you guarantee the security of my credit card information?
We use industry-standard SSL encryption
What if my package does not arrive on time?
Just
give me a call or email me and I will track your package
for you. Have your name, address and order
number (just the last four digits) on hand when you
call or just email the information to me at:

and contact you with the details.
What
is meant by “tips and information” on
parenting?
These
tips and information are only gleanings on natural parenting
that have been picked up from
various friends, doctors, and other moms. It’s not
easy to find information on natural parenting or
suggestions on easy natural remedies, but as a mom you
have to go with your instincts and some things can be
cured at home but your pediatrician should always be
made aware of anything that you are trying with your
children.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What is your return/exchange policy?
You
may return your item within 14 days from date of receipt
for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to
the same credit card on which it was purchased. You
can also exchange your purchase or be issued a store
credit up to 30 days after you received the original
purchase. Holiday purchases can be exchanged until
January 15 of the next year for exchange or credit
only. All items must be returned in the original

How do I make a return/exchange?
Return your purchase in the original exterior box,
well-packed and insured for the full price of the
item. Include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the
time of purchase and ship it to the following address:

We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of
purchase.
Can I have my items gift wrapped?
Yes. Click on gifts and you will see an idea of how
your gift will be wrapped. There is an added charge of
$5.00 for any gift wrapping.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed by 12 Noon EST Monday through Friday
(excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse
within 3-4 business days (usually quicker). Express
shipments can be quoted for Next day, 2-day or 3-day
shipping, the express costs quoted online are just a
quote and at times there are additional costs, since
we need to ship so quickly we can't always get a hold
of you to let you know of the additional costs so you
should know that express shipping can be more
expensive. Please call us to be certain we can
complete your rush order. all regular ground orders
are not subject to these extra costs and what is
quoted is the actual cost of shipping.
What about international orders?
We do ship internationally, but our system doesn't like
to process them very easily. So if you place your order
we will contact you with shipping options via email,
when you decide your shipping method we will add that
amount to your order when we process your credit card.
International orders are a lot of work so we ship only
about twice a week. Don't hesitate to contact us with
any questions about international shipping.
How are the Shipping Costs determined?
Shipping costs are based on the total order weight and
size, also see above question for more information.
What are Multiple Ship-To Addresses?

Out of Stock Policy?
If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will
inform you immediately upon receipt of order. We will
inform you via e-mail, and we will do our best to
fulfill your order. If this is not satisfactory, we
will give you a full refund.
Do I pay sales taxes on my purchases?
Rhode Island residents will have sales tax
automatically added to their order. If Nonchalant Mom
is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected
to comply with your state's current laws regarding
purchases over the Internet.
How do I report damaged shipments?
Please call us immediately at 401-284-4551 or email:
carina@nonchalantmom.com and we will process a claim
and/or replacement. FedEx usually requires an
inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto
all packing materials and the item until further
notice. Nonchalant Mom MUST be informed within 7 days
of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process
a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon
arrival. |
