Nonchalantmom: Indu

I found this lotion in our local yoga studio, and I really can't do without it (and the same for all of my friends!)...Indu is a lovely combination of bergamot, lavender and geranium...but it's really the geranium that comes through and I love that scent! Geranium it is said to ease anxiety and tension and can stimulate feelings of encourages self expression and helps overcome fear of speaking (and writing blogs!) and promotes harmony between sexes....and that's just the Geranium! we all know what lavender is good for but in case you don't it helps to promote clear thinking, calms and soothes the skin and also good for circulation. And then the bergamot helps to fight fatigue and stress. Please visit the Indu website for more specific information click here.

Marni Task creates this wonderful lotion and not only do the essential oils have a lot to do with its "wonderful-ness" but she also mixes the lotion with one essential mantra "om namah shivaya" which means "the thought that liberates and protects".

all of this wrapped into this little blue bottle...I love it and I hope you do to!!
