All orders are processed and shipped from Rhode Island within one to two business days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order, we will help with any claims.
Nonchalantmom is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office using your tracking number to make a claim. Once a package has been dropped off with a carrier it has become their responsibility, we will help in making any claims to our fullest extent.
Shipping within the United States
We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. Orders that total more than $500 will require adult signature for delivery.
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination to do so. Nonchalantmom is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country. At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks. In addition some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.

Returns will be honored within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.
Online Return Policy
We understand the need to try on clothing. To allow for this, we will issue refunds on regular price clothing items that are received back to us within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Please send an email to let us know you are returning, please let us know at that time if you would like to return or exchange.
